Having been in the flooring business for over ten years, I’ve seen my share of trends coming and going, but one constant in all of the changes that have happened over those years is Quality. Everyone has their own idea of what quality is. Some think of high-end expensive designer flooring, some consider quality installation. Some think its brand name materials with the durability to withstand an army of people tracking across your prospective room or rooms.

My personal idea of quality is providing the client with superior customer service, along with the product that they think is worthy of their home. I have handled various projects over the years, from large shopping centers to custom homes to flood damaged lower level recreation rooms. The level of service that I provide to each of these projects is the same, my undivided attention. Commercial flooring is an area of my expertise that I seem to embrace more than any other, maybe because of the scale of the work. I enjoy putting an entire package together, working with architects, builders and end users to make sure all that is prescribed turns out the way it was intended.
